being tied to a wifi connection isn't mobile, lol . This only saves power on wifi not 3G/4G . Next - graphene could increase battery capacity in general - invented over 10 years ago and is being held back for unknown reasons. How does it do this ? By creating nano tubes that offer zero resistance to electricty, its applications in electronics is mindblowing, from electronic devices to batteries even to solar power generation.
