How to use Google Forms to collect data and automate tasks

Google Forms are one of the easiest ways to capture data in your business. Everything can be stored in a Google Sheet and then you can use that data anyway you want. In this video, I show you how I built a simple workflow to produce a dividend voucher and board meeting minutes for a UK Limited company.

Everything in this video can be done with G Suite and the Chrome browser. That means you can make this using Windows, Mac or a Chromebook. Once built it automatically makes a document for you and saves it as a PDF. You save time by not repeating this tedious task every time you need to declare a dividend. You fill in the form and that is all you need to do.
