Hi Stewart, thanks for putting together this video. I have recently created a form for my new website and originally placed it on a page which contains a bunch of general information about my busines. I now want to have the form appear on my newly created "Contact Us" page.

Is there a way to say "Cut and Paste" the original form from the old page to the new one, or will I have to completely re-design the existing form on the new "Contact Us" page?

Stewart, this is an awesome video. I do have a question though. How do I get alerted once a customer submits the form??? Had a few customers fill out the form, but I was never alerted about it. I didn't receive an email or anything.

Hey Stewart question Sir, how do I remove my email from showing up on my google site contact form. I created the form following the steps in your video tutorial which was great, but my personel email shows at the top of the form under contact us. Is there a way to remove my email address from showing Thanks.
