EDIT: to help get golems into the composter you can put an open trapdoor on 1 side that they are falling off of.
EDIT: spawn proof top of golems with slab since light will leak into the farm
EDIT: hoglins are in crimson forest, not warped forest.

I built the 1.16 version for a quad witch hut seed I'm using. I'll also mention while building this to only bring 1 Hoglin at a time to the Overworld because there is a chance that one of them turns into a Zoglin first and starts killing the other Hoglin before it can transform.

Also, it'd be cool to see a looting witch farm that can switch between getting all the different potions they can drop.

If you are placing the area and accidentally mess up and already destroyed the witch hut, check the chunk borders, it should be in the northwest corner of the chunk

Awesome thanks. Just spent ages making a witch farm using rows of slime on block conveyors to push the witches off. But would seem having all the pistons ect on the side effected the spawn rates.. haven't done much testing with it as I burnt myself out working on it so gave myself a break lol

This farm is great! I was able to get nearly 3 stacks of gunpowder using the looting III variant in about 20 minutes. I don't even have anywhere to put all the stuff this farm gives me in my world lol

Great video! farms works really good. I would reccomend a sorting sysytems to get rid of items you dont want.

I picked up some tricks from this, the little bit of damage from the magma block is a great one for sure. Also wasn't sure about the pack spawning distance for the range around the spawning floor, I assumed it was up to 16 blocks meaning I've dug out a lot more for previous farms, so I'm glad I know I can be a bit more lazy now

Just in time to fuel my factory! Villager trading was not cutting it anymore! Thanks, now I'm swimming in redstone! BTW when the first witch fell into the minecarts they started moving and making a terrible racket. Couldn't make it stop, getting rid of the rail, using a powered rail, nothing helped. So you better believe I ran to gather a wither rose by sticking a snowman next to my end portal wither killing chamber! Anyway, great farm!

This may need a footnote. It cites warped forests, but hoglins spawn in crimson forests.

I cant get all 8 snow golems into the box, only 6 on one side and 7 on the other. If I try to add any more, they kinda just slide out the side immediately after being built.

Why did you decide to use entity cramming as the killing machine? And not combine it with wither roses / magma blocks or campfires (esp. the soul campfires)? Wouldn't it kill the witches quicker and free up the hostile mob cap quicker -> higher spawn rates?

the farm is very nice but i got a lot of other mos spawning i got rid of the spiders with slaps but is there a way to only alow witches to spawn?

Useful tip if you are playing on hard difficulty. Put full power beacons near the farm and get strength, resistance, haste and regeneration

This doesn't apply to this, but I used to play on PS4 legacy, and when I updated my world. My witch huts were inside 2 chunks. Normally bedrock has one spawning space, but since my huts were inside 2 chunks It gave me 2 spawning spots. I have a double quad hut ...
