Beef Chili and Cherry Peach Crisp

Chili with Beef:

1 to 2 cans of chili beans
2 cans of diced tomatoes
1 oz - 1.25 oz packet chili seasoning
1 can roast beef (12 oz)
1 tbsp minced garlic
2 tbsp chopped onion
1 small can tomato sauce
1/2 cup of water

Brown onion with 1/2 tablespoon olive oil for 2 minutes. Mix in minced garlic and cook 1 minute. Add canned roast beef (optional: with or without liquid broth). Stir in chili, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, and water. Cook on medium heat for several minutes until the beans are tender. Serve with sour cream or shredded cheese.
