Recovering a Phalaenopsis Orchid • saving an Orchid • Update June 8th, 2021

This Phalaenopsis orchid had been originally planted in 100% sphagnum moss and I repotted it into a small grade bark mix (moss, pearlite, charcoal, bark). I repotted it on January 8th, 2021 and somewhere between January and February I changed it into a semihydro setup with LECA.
I water my semihydro orchids once every 1-2 weeks. First I flush the plant at the sink and let the reservoir fill up and wash out all the prior water. I then empty it out completely and fill it with nutrient solution (I use repotme dot com’s MSU fertilizer).
All my complex hybrid Phalaenopsis orchids are now in semihydro. They seem to love it in my climate and apartment.
