Testimony! I used to struggle really hard with Lust, it isn’t as bad now but I will tell you this. Depend on his Holy Spirit, he is the only one who can deliver you. I constantly talked to God about my problem. Got on my face and seeked the Lord with all my heart. I would stare at woman’s behinds and breast, even for a quick look, Glory to God it has stopped in the name of Jesus. Now I look at Woman as images of God, like my own Sisters and Grandmothers. There was a time I gave in and the Holy Spirit supernaturally moved my head to stop looking. Im telling you the Devil is a LIAR SEEK THE LORD. Show him all your heart, not 50, not 90, ALL and he will do mighty things in your life! God Bless you all and I pray that your battle will teach you what it means to be a true Woman/Man of God. So that when God reveals things to you you may be a Blessing to Others

I had awful thoughts especially during prayers and worship or even during the teaching at church. So every time I claim this verse:
CASTING DOWN IMAGINATIONS AND EVERY HIGH THING THAT EXAULTS ITSELF ABOVE THE KNOWLEDGE OF GOD, AND TAKING INTO CAPTIVITY EVERY THOUGH TO THE OBEDIENCE OF CHRIST.
2corinthians 10:11(?) I am not sure of the exact verse it's been years, but I sometimes have to claim this repeatedly during the service or even during personal prayers. Blessings family!

that is so encouraging, I’ve never read the book of Titus..this whole time I was relying on my strength to overcome but it’s God who directs us to his will and trains us in/with grace! That is so encouraging

This blew me away brother.
I thought I fully overcame lust and started having thoughts yesterday and today and I prayed out to God to help me that I don't want these thoughts and I need you to interveine and take the desires away, remove any spiritual attacks on me and I came across this video on my news feed ... This is very true. All glory to to God he helped me move forward from this. I know in the moment it may seem impossible but keep moving forward. Keep trying to be better, keep praying. Keep focusing on Gods word. Even if you mess up don’t settle, don’t give up bc that’s when you truly fail. Keep getting back up. You will overcome this. :)

Please read this -> Brethren, God has really taught me a valuable lesson throughout my battle with lust, and it’s that we shouldn’t see people as objects. They are persons and their bodies are not an object to satisfy ourselves. The body, spirit, and soul make up a person, and we should see them as a whole, not seeing their bodies as separate things. The Lord has really renewed my perspective on this and it has drastically helped me in this battle. I pray God will illuminate more believers to this truth.

I also really struggled with this and still do but now I find that if I really look past what looks attractive at a distance, then I see that all that "beauty' was just fabricated by my brain and the devil trying to tempt me to think of something that looks good but isnt
