I deal with people clearing their throat, the heavy sigh when I pass by, them saying things or doing things to get me to respond negatively now ive been told i have a resting bitch face but its because im in my head im constantly thinking and focused on where im going and what im doing and lastly i see people out of the corner of my eye have these nervous reactions when i m just working or minding my business and im not anywhere close to them to make eye contact never met them or spoke to them ever I just learned to ignore it all

Like crazy you said that, I got an aunt and my grandfather which is her brother when they get mad they blink alot. And then a few days ago, I usually take a walk in the park. There was this man on the trail I walking on. I don't speak. I just wave. And that man looked at me like weirdly. It made feel really uncomfortable. So hurried away and I got a few feet away and turned around and he was still looking at me, but this time he took his phone out. So Idk if he snapped pics of me. I stopped walking in the park now cuz of that..

Dileted eyes like that are a fear oriented energy. They feel desperate that things are in their control n it re enforses their traumas their failng to intergrate. My ex was a heavy narcissist n i was back n fourth with her for 4 years cause i saw her actual soul in there n was still in vulnerable child mode and whatever she was subject to as child had not shifted and a demon was veiled over it. Her eyes would also go full black where u couldn't see the colour anymore but its when she felt a lack of controll over how i "should be" to suit her and her trauma.
