He was absolutely clear with his response. He gave you a clear message as to what you should look out for

1. CSM, PSM are both foundational certifications

2. Millions have these certifications

While both certifications are OK, you still need more to be able to fit into any organization especially if you're a green horn. He emphasized on the need for a 1 on 1 mentorship and if he sells his course, is that a crime? Is it still not geared towards making you proficient?

Go get your CSM and PSM and see if you'd get by in the real market.

If you're not tutored as to methods and processes in terms of the uniqueness of each organization you'd surely make a fool of yourself
