Found the video a little biased, from an education point of view I feel PSM gives more money for value. CSM might be a non-profit but we the Scrum Masters are being asked to pay heavily for the certificate and not only that it comes with an expiry date. Imagine if our Bachelor's Degrees came with an expiry date. Anyone reading this comment I would honestly say go for PSM it is a very trustworthy and respected certification which focuses on Learning not Earning.

Because Customer Success Managers or management is also known as CSM and there are mils of these jobs

U didnt mention the passing score for psm is 85% while for CSM it is 75
