Dawn was a two hand sword so sir Arthur was not very fast and agile in combat but he had the best fight iq, technique and precision that’s why he is so legendary

Robert would beat any swordsman in the Seven Kingdoms, he was too fast for how big he is and had a warhammer, he would wear a heavy armour + ruthless + brutal and murderous, even the great Arthur Dayne don't stand a chance.

In a single combat, Dayne and Selmy are the best, however in a battle against several enemies, such as a war or a Battle Royale, Robert would do much better, due to the set of his skills combined with his weapon, which is more efficient for eliminating several enemies at once, than a sword. So in this battle I would bet on Robert
