"The WRONG PERSON" implies a compilation of rear endings, pit maneuvers, cops, confrontation...comeuppance even. Not people just being brake checked with some cops sprinkled in.

"...Brake Checked The WRONG PERSON!"? What wrong person? Which wrong person? Where wrong person? Most of these brake checkers suffer no consequences from anyone or anything ... which is a shame.

Never been brake checked. I was taught how to identify the possibility and compensate. If somebody suddenly gets into your lane in front of you, remove your foot from the gas pedal and slow down at least 5mph and start looking for alternate routes.

BAck in the day...(40yrs) we were taught to drive over them when they stop in front of our semi. That's one stupid driver down instead of a whole road of spilled cargo and many injured or dead innocent drivers. Then we were to get out of the truck and run about screaming hysterically like we couldn't imagine what happened. Pre dash cam.
