4:56 Looks like the cops were cracking down on people that use the shoulder in that area by all the cops parked on the side of the road ahead. I can't stand people that do this sort of thing to cheat traffic and think they can pass other's that are waiting to get to the left turn only lane and have to see someone shoot by like that. I was so happy to see the karma cop come out and go after him and then saw all the other cops and thought, "All right. get them guys!" Must happen there a lot for cops to set up a cops like to go after them. Hard lesson to learn for a needed one.
