I'm barely a millennial. The reason why I'm not on the phone very much is my anxiety. I have to have a specific reason to call someone and know what exactly I'm going to say or ask. Even then it's kind of iffy. And I take after my dad. He doesn't talk much on the phone either. My brothers are the same. I will talk your ear off in person.

I swear this is me in job. I don't know but I Feel like it's very stressful. I swear If I get fired from my job it would be not answering the calls( not all of them).
