---A: You have to have both halves of the dectus plate. I got one in the Fort you get radagon seal, the other is at 15:10 grab everything i do in my routes, it's important to do that.

Tip for following routes like this. Look at his compass and not his exact path. For instance: In the Academy Village, he moves Northwest to the Golden Tree. Then he goes North Northeast to the gazebo to teleport. Makes following paths much easier.

For those who are not able to bloody hit the dragon. It's because you don't have the necessary dext to use the Katana.
You have to equip the Radaga Soreseal talisman. He will increase your attributes and you will be able to use the Katana

This guide is awesome. I get very little play time working full time and having to wait for 3 rug rats to go to sleep at night to get my 2-3 hours of play time in . Now I can feel like I'm accomplishing something and the lack of sleep in getting worth it. Haha thx man !

There's a free +6 Somber for those not interested in the boss fight once you're up near the Altus Plateau: head to the northern section and make your way into Mt. Gelmir's road. Almost right away you'll see Iron Maidens but importantly on the left, a ladder. Climb the ladder, hug the left at the top, and you'll come to a dude in a chair w/ a free Somber 6.

For Fallingstar: Learn to run directly to him, when you enter immediately summon a high aggro spirt like Oleg (shockingly easy to get), keep at max range, only attack when he appears focused on Oleg, use rock sling or L2 + R1 with this sword.

okay so i just started ER this weekend and followed this guide. everything still works. SONAF is nerfed but still good if anyone sorting by newest comments wants to know.

for those of you having trouble following after getting the skeleton armour section this is what he does:

1. get the second half of the medallion for the dectus lift at fort haight west
2. use it to get to altus plateau where you get the golden seal
3. get the demi god ashes from boss in the impaler catocombs on weeping penninsula
4. get the flame of frenzy incantation from Callu Baptismal Church in the Weeping Peninsula.
5. get the flame give me strength incantation from caelid (the left side of the castle behind the 2 fire breathing machines)



and if anyone wants to try (i saw a video after unfortunately) right after you kill the dragon if you use the grace fast enough behind you at the fort/castle (use the horse) the dragon will respawn and you can farm more runes.

Just some constructive criticism. It may be easier for people to follow along if instead of saying follow my path, you used the cardinal directions on the compass. It might help too be more specific about locations and directions from locations. Like from the Laskyar ruins site of grace, head west until you get to the lakeside crystal cave where there is another site of grace just inside. Instead of go here, follow my path this way, and turn right. The compass is extremely helpful

Side Note: Your damage might not match what is shown in the video. This will come down to which starting class you pick, which states you wish to level, random odds of crit hits, and the fact a later patch might come out and nerf some of gear/spells shown.

For everyone struggling with the invader encounter: I got stomped too, so make sure to jump to the upgrade weapon step first and make it at least +3 (the weapon art will scale from D to C with int/faith which is significant).
Doing this made the encounter definitely manageable for me and could kill him first try after the upgrade.

Couple tips for making a guide like this increase your brightness to Max for dark rooms or use a torch. And occasionally when showing the location that you're moving to pop open the map allows people to better follow where you're going cuz if they already have found those locations they could just go there and go from that spot instead of following along not knowing where the heck you're at. And I know a lot of you guys make these guides have to fit a lot of content in a small space of time but just a suggestion when you're at the location and it's just in the area don't accelerate the time or the pace of the game just go normal makes following along a 100x easier.

If it wasnt for this guide a few months ago I would have never gotten deep in this game. Now im currently level 206 and 124 hrs in trying to get everything and go through every grass before doing ng+. Tysm
