Carian Sovereignty is a new Ash of War from the Shadow of the Erdtree Elden Ring DLC that has the power to ONE-SHOT ANYONE. Intelligence or INT Builds and Mage Builds make great use of this Ash of War... but it has to be used correctly to work, so while it may seem like a BROKEN BUILD, it probably won't see any nerfs. Been fun using this on bosses but also unaware invaders and with 80 int seeing them dead, I was surprised first time. Nice to know about that poise bonus as I favoured greatsword int builds my first run.
