If u increase the valorant priorety u will cause an error every time u open valorant, its because vanguard looses priority with this setting

I play on a laptop. If you get 300 fps but it's constantly going from 300 down to 200 and back up. I find that way more annoying than a lower fps at a constant rate. What I do is cap my fps at the highest constant rate. For valorant I can just cap it at 144 (my refresh rate) and it just stays there and I don't have to keep an eye on my temps because laptops run hot. If you can get a constant 60 fps. I'd say that's better than bouncing around all over the place.

Another good idea. When your game is at match point, just try alt + f4. This increases fps for a short while so u can focus during the final rounds.

Remember that fps is directly tied to your monitors refresh rate (hz)!

Change these settings to increase fps in valorant :
1 but a new GPU
2 no money? Delete system 32 and get 690 fps on your pc 👍

You dont need more fps than what your screen can show, so if you have a 144hz monitor you only need 144fps dont put unnecessary strain on the gpu that youwont even notice.
