How do you fix the screen flickering though?

I have everything looking okay. But i have a lot of flickering stuttering. Distance stuff looks just blured and not nice like fs22. Dont get it why theu always mess up things how hard js to keep thing's the same. Or move over...

But anyway
What could i do ? Will try some things out from this video tomorrow.
I have ryzen 9 7950X3D
Rtx4070 super 12GB
64GB 6400mhz
Msi x670E gaming board.
All watercooled.
And AOC 240herz 27 inch monitor.
