eating these at 6am when you're coming home from the club and the sun is rising is one of the best memories I had from my visit to Berlin

❤️❤️ I moved to Berlin last year. The first thing I did was to try the Döner shops in my neighbourhood, ate it almost everyday! To try every single shop..gained too much weight..😂 So I limited myself to have it only Thursday... Donnerstag ist Dönertag 🤣🤣

I just finished my kebab at Rüyam and it was the best I've ever had in my life. The sauteed vegetables, eggplant, the freshness of the mint with the rest of the salad, the cheese, the good amount of mild heat tingling, the creamy potatoes, the deliciousness of that well seasoned chicken... It's a flavor orgy, and then they have the complementary black tea offered to the customers.

All of that and a Coke, times 2 for me and my boyfriend, for just € 11.20. I couldn't have asked for a better way of having a nice affordable meal before leaving Berlin. Thanks for the recommendation.

As a Turk from Turkey watching this I can say Imren is much more similar to the ones we have here. Döner is usually about the meat here rather than the sauces and veggies. .We usually only have onions and tomatoes. Maybe a bit iceberg. But the two dishes have definitely become their own entities and present different experiences for the eater I must say.

Went to Berlin with my family just now and went to Balli on your recommendation and they did not disappoint. Went for a dürum with hot sauce and holy cow - fantastic. I’m from Sweden and even though we have lots of kebab restaurants we have nothing that even comes close. Yum yum yum!

Mit diesem Video hast Du zwei Brandenburger Foodies dazu gebracht, eineinhalb Stunden lang nach Berlin zu Imren und zurück fahren. Und es hat sich *sowas* von gelohnt! Wow!

After watching this video I realized how much I missed eating Turkish food while I used to live in Istanbul. This is way better than any American fast-food chain, all day.

Rüyam Gemüse Kebab (Kaiser-Wilhelm-Platz) by far the BEST, they also offer FREE Turkish tea, have seating in the sun and will have heaters running during the colder months. The staff are friendly and the ticketing service allows you to run a quick errand if the waiting time is a bit longer than usual :) 10/10

We went to Imren yesterday because of this video. It was really good. In the Netherlands we also have a lot of döner places, but this was something else. Thank you for the great recommendation!

This is a great channel, I cant believe how few subs you have for the quality you put out. These look delicious. I may need to book a flight just for one.

Alternate facts alert! Bro, Turks did not rebuild Germany after WW2, that's completely inaccurate. The treaty between Germany and Turkey to have guest workers come over for a couple of years (they were supposed to go back home) was made in 1961, 16 years after the end of WWII. Germany was not only rebuild by that time already, Germany was in desperate need of laborers because it was in the middle of the "Wirtschaftswunder" (economic wonder years). But thanks for Döner Kebab, Sucuk and all the other delicious foods. By the way, Germany had a similar treaty with Italy starting 1955. That's why there are that many Italian restaurants in Berlin, too.

I wish I had this list when I went to Berlin last year. Can't wait to go back to Berlin. The best lunch I had in Berlin was a Doner Kebab
