In this video I bring you with me for the strength & movement assessment session I recently did to help me create a much stronger (injury free) run off the bike for Ironman triathlon racing. It has already made a positive difference in my run because the findings were great!!

This is great! Thank you for sharing. I love seeing everything swim, bike, run, nutrition but the strength component is super important as well as having an assessment done to see what would be appropriate for you and your body.

Over compensation causing other injuries seems to be quite a common thing…I know a few people who have knee or IT band issues stemming from tight glutes and low mobility in their hips. Would be cool to see a video on your top tips for each discipline, aimed at newbies like myself 😅 thanks!
