6’2” 190 in H.S., and benched 300 lbs, but found out that was nothing when I bailed hay with a good ol’ boy named ‘Junior’ (about this boy’s size) at one of the many farms I worked on in those days. Junior would toss wet 100 lb bails one handed to the back of the loft like they were chalkboard erasers! One day he backed the tractor up a couple feet short of tandem grain wagons that were full of about 10, 000 lbs of corn. Junior got off the tractor, grabbed the tractor hitch with his left hand (baseball glove size) and the tongue of the lead wagon with his right (that no bolt ever resisted) and pulled the 10, 000 lb wagons … to the tractor! Yes, they were on wheels, but still … damn!

Whe had a guy back in the 80' at the factory who was, 6'7" foot tall, and weight about 360 pound's, me being 6 foot an 200 pound's, I asked him once, hey dude, do you have a lot of strength ?
He said " don't be afraid!" Took my overall by my chest, with one hand, then gently turned my body 180° and back in 2 second's !!
