this was the worst iPhone ever made in my opinion, it doesn't mean that I'm right, just stating what I think guys!

disagree. Apple never makes a bad iphone. the 5c was geared toward teenagers and kids. it was perfect for them.

You know what, I was one of those people that bought the iPhone 5c… And to be honest… Because I never owned an iPhone 5 I really enjoyed it and still to this day functions as it should. For me it was a great phone and a cheaper option to the iPhone 5s which has a fingerprint scanner but I wasn’t convinced it was safe at the time so I went for the iPhone 5c.
The iPhone 5c was A product of a booming Apple company which had started to introduce its products to a Chinese audience and Asia as well… Phone was never targeted for a western audience though it’s still sold a whole load. It was a good phone for the time but obsolete now. Just leave it at that. Peace.

I disagree. The worst iPhone ever is 2014's iPhone 6 and 6 Plus. They overheat, they're woefully prone to having their chassis bent, they have "touch disease" where the touch functionality on the screen begins to die, they have quicker battery degradation than any other iPhone model, and they run iOS 10 and iOS 11 like absolute GARBAGE.
My iPhone 5C (iPhone 5 specs) ran iOS 7, 8, 9, and 10 beautifully, and has NONE of the issues of the iPhone 6.

I had a hand-me-down 5c (I was that desperate for a phone) from 2017-2019, and it wasn't anything special. My mom stopped using it because it overheated and wouldn't turn on. The battery was bad, and after July 2020, it doesn't even work again. I was happy to get the 6s after that, even though the 6s was pretty old itself.

I agree.. but you have to understand how reaching a broader market works.. they have a cheap and a pricier option always.. the plus size models have extra cameras, more memory and other nicer specs.. so people go for those.. the regular low memory iPhone 4/5/6/7/8 are for the people who are on a budget who are looking to save $100+.. and the 5c is no different.. it sold because it was cheaper than the 5 and the 5 was already decreasing in value, months before the 5s..

Samsung does this by offering their “active” version of each galaxy.. low spec’d phone with cheaper build materials.. with the name of the flagships sold in the same year.. it’s a mind game but it works and they profit billions

They discontinued the iPhone 5 when the 5c came out probably because they were too similar. If Apple hadn’t have done this, people would start to question if the 5c was worth buying.

I've always said I'd choose the iPhone 5 over the 5C
Overall, the 5 looks better, and just as you said there really isn't much difference. They're on the save version of iOS, same quality in cameras and screen resolution, etc.
Also, with the 5C Apple went back to the 8GB Storage option. Already you've lost 4GB to everything that's pre-installed, you'd fill that all up the day you get it

Why is this the worst iPhone? This was my first ever iPhone. 32GB blue. I owned one for 2 years and i enjoyed using it. Performance wise it is still very usable, unlike the 4S. Battery lasts me about 4-5 hours, at least on iOS 9.3. i never updated it to iOS 10

I've used my IPhone 4s since it came out!! I loved that phone! It lasted all day for me! I just upgraded to an iPhone 6 because I broke the screen, and I miss it so much! It fit well in my hand, and the speed wasn't a problem for me. I don't understand why everyone thinks it's a horrible phone!! It's by far my favorite iPhone of all time! I do love my iPhone 6 too though... I don't have any of the problems everyone is saying they did. Mine doesn't overheat, and the battery lasts quite long! Maybe I'm doing something wrong??

How do you criticize a phone that came out in 2013 when we are in 2018. The IPhone 5c was never made to overthrow the IPhone 5 or 5s, but to make a cheaper alternative to buyers who couldn’t afford the more expensive model.

i’m triggered, the iPhone 5c was my first phone, and i loved it. December 2014 - February 2017, it worked perfectly and still does. idk wym its the worst iPhone .

tbh... its the worst iphone back in 2013, but its great an cheap in 2018... i also used iphone 5c until now

This was my first ever iphone and I absolutely loved it even though it was just 8 gigs which felt more than enough for the basic apps like Instagram, WhatsApp and few hundred songs. Damn i miss that flat back and the home button

The iPhone 6 Was The Worst Phone Ever. No Seriously. I Had An iPhone 5 in 2014 And A 5S In Early 2015 and I loved It. My 6 Bent And Had Touch Disease And 3 Replacements. First Replacement Died, Second Finally Worked. All Of Them Were 16GB And I Might As Well Just Not Talk About It. The iPhone 7 (128GB) Was A Masterpiece, They Perfected It In The Best Way And It Is Still My Favorite iPhone To This Day. The iPhone X (256GB) Was Glitchy And Not All Apps Supported Full Screen Coverage. The XR (256GB) Sucked, It Never Got Good Signal Anywhere, It Was Slow But I Kind Of Liked The Colors Better Than The 5C. My Current 12 Pro (256GB) Is Decent But The Battery Health Degraded Faster Then My X Which Degraded Fast. My XR Barely Dropped.

Ahh I remember the 5c. My second iPhone. 16GB in green. Upgraded from my 4s. I remember the screen used to pop out the casing. But overall I enjoyed it

I quite like the 5c. The coloured back added something new rather than just the boring black and white. My girlfriend had a 4s but recently upgraded to an iPhone 5c in blue.

Cool video, but I’m afraid I disagree. The iPhone 5C was pretty bad, but the 4 and 4S were horrible—think Antennagate.
