The Jam thing makes no sense to me😂 Cream cheese is sticky and viscous, jam is easy to spread and drops off the knive. So you have a strong base of cream you can spread the jam on as opposed to a slidy jam base you are trying to spread the cream on😂

I might add, I just absolutely love the server in the afternoon tea episode. I adore proper tea and café culture, so the recommendations as to how to eat the digestives as paired with both the teas and toppings, absolutely love.

Good to note difference between British beef and American, no steroids are pumped into the cows like in America. Most American practices in certain foods are banned in most places in the world
