Re: Carolina sauces. Any yellow sauce is South Carolina - mustard based. North Carolina is a dark sauce using vinegar and brown sugar.

I know you guys compare UK food with US food, but honestly I’d love to see you guys travel other countries and see how you both experience the food native to the country being visited according to Harry’s UK flavour palette & Joe’s US flavour palette and compare 🤭 I do have a couple suggestions in mind 🙈
