A 90% success rate at missile interception, of all things, is incredible. You're basically trying to hit a small moving target with a smaller bullet, all in a matter of a handful of seconds. We tried doing that for a nuclear attack, and we failed everytime we tested it. By hundreds of miles! And the Dome has a 90% success rate.
