Nissan X-Trail 2023 having technical issues with automatic climate control system which Nissan cannot identify or resolve .Brand new car purchased is in the service centre for 15 days in a period of 1 month, still the problem not resolved .Very bad response from Nissan middle east and no value for customer.

Ich habe mir leider den X-Trail gekauft und seitdem sitze ich nun zum vierten Mal bei Nissan mit einer defekten, leergesaugten Batterie. Kauft euch dieses Auto nicht, wenn ihr es gelegentlich länger als 10-14 Tage nicht bewegt. Das Abstellen am Flughafen ist also keine Option, ebenso wenig ist es für Personen geeignet, die im Homeoffice arbeiten und längere Zeit nicht fahren. Nissan hat keine Antworten, keine Ideen und bietet auch keine Hilfe an. Ich muss im 3-Monats-Rhythmus zum Händler, um die Batterie zu tauschen oder die Fehler löschen zu lassen, die durch die Entladung entstanden sind. Alle meine vorherigen Autos hatten nie Probleme, auch unser Zweitwagen nicht – für uns nie wieder Nissan!

Unfortunately, I bought the X-Trail and since then, I've had to go to Nissan for the fourth time with a defective, drained battery. Do not buy this car if you occasionally don't drive it for longer than 10-14 days. Parking it at the airport is therefore not an option, nor is it suitable for people who work from home and don't drive for extended periods. Nissan has no answers, no ideas, and offers no help. I have to go to the dealer every three months to either replace the battery or clear the errors caused by the discharge. None of my previous cars had any problems, nor did our second car – for us, never again Nissan!
