I would say a better 2nd question is : " What are you doing right now to follow your passion?" You don't need to won anything to do it. A passionate person will do what she loves no matter what.

I am with all but not the last one, i wouldn’t tell a woman that she is beautiful on first date as she probably already hear a lot. It also gives the power straight away. Other than that decent content.

These are actually some very good questions, that will be worth coming back to, good work.

One question that could be well worth asking in certain circumstances (possibly at the very start of the first date) is "If you could only ask me one question, what would it be, and why?"

"What qualities do you most admire in others" is another one that could really help you to find out what her values are, of you're looking for someone for the long haul.

"What do you do that you hope will make the world a better place" could be one that lets you know whether she's just all about herself or not.

I can attest to ask questions about her. Haven’t tried these specific questions, but just questions about her in general. Women love to talk, they talk lab out 4 x more per day than men do. All a guy really has to do on a date, is be confident, be clear on his intent and ask a girl questions to keep the conversation going.
