There are people who go looking at police and other government vehicles and they routinely find long expired tags. Perhaps they could obey the same laws they are enforcing?

Every year my license plate renewal is on my radar, I usually keep an eye out for the renewal notice in the mail, this year I never received it, a coworker didn't receive his either, and where I work a customer of ours said she never received hers. I was nearly at the end of the month grace period and realized it. I had to go to the DMV to renew my plates. I asked the DMV rep if there were any reasons that she knew of why, other than lost in the mail, no she said.

The Supreme Court ruled in Thompson v Smith that you don't need a DL to travel. You have a God given right to travel from Genesis 1:26-30. However, IF you are in the small % of road users that are engaged in commerce (ie. a trucker), or For Hire (taxi, Uber), the State can demand a DL (for everyone else the DL is VOLUNTARY). Also, terms such as 'Driving' and 'vehicle' are commercial terms, and should not be used by travelers. Your personal automobile should be referred to as your 'private conveyance'. A State issued DL is evidence that YOU have contracted with the State to follow the hundreds and hundreds of transportations codes, or face fines for violating that contract. Codes like speeding, window tint, mandatory auto insurance, etc. However, No DL=No contract=No jurisdiction=Tell the policy-men to kick rocks!!

As for State registration, that is also VOLUNTARY for those not engaged in commerce or For Hire activities. UCC 9-109, Part 1, Definitions declares your personal automobile to be a 'consumer good.' Bank of Boston v Jones declared a consumer good is NOT the type to be registered.

Without the DL, auto insurance is VOLUNTARY. You have a God given right to contract or not. You cannot be compelled to contract for auto insurance without your consent.

I personally travel in the Southeast, USA without a DL, registration. or auto insurance, and have not had any issues. However, you need to study some Common Law before attempting this. I recommend George Gordon Common Law School videos here on YT. If you don't know your rights, you don't have any. If you don't object timely to your rights being violated, you waive those rights.

Of course, the corrupt media and the treasonous 'government' will never tell you these things. Just like they told us the Quack-zines were safe and effective. You are going to have to do your own research, stand up for your rights and then demand them, or remain a sheeple and follow orders.

It's not actually being enforced. Probably 25% of the cars I see out and about every day are missing license plates (and no temp tag), have temporary tags that expired a long time ago or regular plates that are expired, or out of state plates that are expired.

The problem is that those of us who do keep our tags current end up subsidizing those who choose not to. There's a good chance these same people may not be insured, either. For those who are insured but have expired tags, I've read that insurance companies can deny claims if the vehicle is not properly registered, so they're taking a risk there, too.

I feel so much safer knowing this is enforced. Every night I wonder if an expired tag is going to break into my house. Everytime I go out an expired tag could be waiting just around the corner.

Got into work this morning and found out my work colleague is going to have to leave his temporary home till his new home is available at the 30th of this month because the governor decided everyone needs to have California approved Cadillac converters which cost two to three times more so his hotel told him he had to get out because it's expired license plate almost 90 days old I'd say this Governor has no chance of ever winning another election the things he has implemented on people and does not care how it affects them.. so naturally I thought of this story think how many people are going to lose their temporary homes this state has got everything backwards fining people who taxes paid for the roads. And Yes again real crime all time high

Here is the easiest thing just offer a time fee for permanent registration I see vehicles with it all the time in my state but yet civilians are bot allowed to get it which is complete BS I just want to pay once even if its a high cost and never worry about it again

Vehicle registration is unconstitutional, this has been ruled on in the Supreme Court more than once.
