Not really, this is no longer being enforced. I can drive down 3 streets in my neighborhood and there are probably 50 cars with expired tags, expired temp tags or no license plates at all.

I get it. Everyone needs to pay for their tags. Those fees pay for roads and services. I think what would make things easier for everyone would be reducing the fees for tags. I just paid a hefty amount myself ($570.79). That's not chump change, let me tell you (channeling my inner Tony Montana). I think some people would have paid their tags on time if it were not such a hit to the wallet. And to make matters worse, some of our roads are in bad shape. I had a pothole bend one of my rims. So you do begin to wonder how the state spends the revenue they collect from renewal tags alone.

I've hired a Real Zoodoo doctor to put a curse down onto the DMV. He charges reasonable prices at $20 a hour. It took all day but it's money well spent. Bad luck to ya.

Citizens, do your digging. And see what you come up with in terms of it being a so called “money grab” instead of complaining on YouTube… Because let me ask you, are you gonna pay out of pocket monthly to fix the vast amount of roads in the state? No? Then keep your tabs up to date and let the state worry about the roads. Or buy a bike, take public transit or just renew..

It's about time they start cracking down. Why should people be able to roll around illegally when everyone else is doing the right thing. I see tags from 2020!! Like you can't get tags in 3 years??!
