Показать описание
The Triangle Pose or Trikonasana is a yoga pose that stretches the thigh, core and chest muscles.
This pose has many benefits: It helps with balance and stability, strengthens the core muscles, and is improves spinal mobility.

There are a few common limitations in this pose, mostly due to weak or shortened muscles.

In this video we will go through an anatomical analysis of the active and stretched muscles, discuss common problems and will offer practical adaptations and solutions to these problems.

Can you make one that shows the body mechanics while shoveling snow? What needs to be stretched to make this a safer activity.

Can you speak more about hips in this position? It seems that it is a dangerous pose that can cause hip impingement if its done on daily basis.
