After Frazier helped Ali, Ali started to use the media to treat Frazier as a villain, to the point where even his children were suffering bullying.Later, Ali made a public apology to Frazier and made an appearance to his funeral. Frazier thought that the apology was ''false'' but he still accept it, and they continue to respect one another. Even making appearances in shows, such as the Dick Cavett Show.

That's a true story Joe Frazier did help Muhammad Ali financially I don't think Muhammad Ali realized he was affecting Joe Frazier's kids until someone told him about it when they told him about it he stopped calling Joe Frazier name but that was long after their fights he said he didn't never had no idea that it would affect his kids or he would not and Joe Frazier was a good person yes she was Joe Frazier was a straight-up country boy out of South Carolina any struggle to be on the top at every opportunity show me the things Muhammad Ali said was very harsh things you should not have said to Joe Frazier but I love the both of them both of them with two legends true champions never be no one liked them again never and you can include George Foreman in there and Kent Norton along with Larry Holmes you never got the credit that he deserved although I turned against Larry Holmes after fort Muhammad Ali he should have never fought Muhammad Ali for no money

I got to shake both of these great men’s hands. I was playing a gig in DC, when all of a sudden I look to my right and people just lit up. Next thing you know here comes Muhammad Ali and he came right up to me and shook my hand (with horn in hand) and gave me the Muslim greeting.

Years later I was at one of the celebrations of the March on Washington. And right on the steps where King spoke was Joe Frazier. Not only did I go d shake his hand I had a short conversation with him. Wow! Lucky me! 😊
