thanks for the video! i was able to get a second profile on the dash but i can't connect the second profile to the phone. do you think i have to do a reset to get the code? i don't want to lose the other profile that i have

If your trying to connect the app on your phoneto the car. Toyota only accepts 1 account per VIN number. Once I login under my wife's id the app worked on my phone and connected to the car.

2023 rav hybrid xle

We have 2 profiles and have phones linked… the car does not know who is driving automatically. The only way to switch is by selecting a driver and entering the pin.

All the documentation says this should happen automatically. Any ideas?

Hey Steve, here’s something for a video. How do you get a list of all mp3 players that are compatible with the 2023 and newer Toyota’s? I have a 2023 Corolla Hatchback XSE and it won’t recognize my older Apple iPods even with a 25 pin to usb-c wire. I was told at the dealership and the 800 number that there is a list, but it isn’t in any book or online. Thanks.

Sorry that this might be long. I just bought a 2023 Tundra. I have a 3 year old and I like the remote start to cool/warm the truck before we get in. I really dislike that when I open the door it shuts off. Is there any way to change that? Also, I like to get us in and lock the door while I’m putting him in his car seat when in a public place or at night to be safe. I would love to be able to start the truck while I’m back there struggling with my 3 year old to get him in his seat. Lately been sweating bullets getting him buckled in but no way to start the truck from the back seat. Also when I lock us in with the fob, I have to unlock with the fob to keep the alarm from going off when I open the door to get out! So frustrating toyota needs to think about safety for parents alone with kids.
