THIS RECIPE IS SO EASY AND THE TASTE--IN MY OPINION--IS SO GOOD. JUST ENOUGH SWEETNESS AND THEN THE KICK FROM THE RUM. YUMMY!

RECIPE:
2 TABLESPOONS COCOA
3/4 CUP POWDERED SUGAR
1/3 CUP RUM OR YOUR FAVORITE BOOZE
3 TABLESPOONS LIGHT CORN SYRUP
2 CUPS CRUSHED VANILLA WAFERS
1 CUP CHOPPED NUTS OF YOUR CHOICE

COMBINE ALL OF THE ABOVE, USING GLOVES I SPRAY PAM ON TO PREVENT STICKING, USING SMALL ICE CREAM SCOOP (SPRAY SCOOP WITH PAM ALSO) MAKE BALLS
ROLL IN POWDERED SUGAR OR COCOA. REFRIGERATE TO FIRM THE BALLS. MAKES ABOUT 36 DEPENDING ON HOW YOU SCOOP!
