The beat is the steady pulse. When we clap to a song, we are clapping to the beat.

The rhythm changes with the words and follows the syllables.

How to find the beat: Clap your hands, tap your feet or nod your head to any song. If it sounds weird when we’re clapping, we might be offbeat because we’re going either too fast or slow. Try doing this with English and Indian songs!

How to find the rhythm: Apply the same process above but clap your hands to every syllable.

Thank you I've been trying to get people's attention by using rhythms so I can get their attention whenever making a group speech or a school speech but if I raise my volume up from speech it just works best
