Ahsoka's turn to the dark side does make sense.. if you ever so slightly modify previous events. For example maybe the Jedi Council did not offer her a place back into the Order after what transpired with the bombing. Maybe Bariss would also slip up in her act as Ventress in her attempt to fool Ahsoka, and despite knowing for sure her friend set her up the Jedi still wouldn't believe her. Furthermore, other events could be slightly altered as well, such as Luminara in the 2nd Battle of Geonosis forbiddening Anakin from saving her from underneath the rubble but she and Bariss would manage to escape on their own, making the two of them and Anakin furious.
Altered in such a minor but significant way, it can be made to make sense and it adds more depth. It's interesting I think.
Ofc, canonically it doesnt make sense for Ahsoke to turn to the dark side but like you said where is the fun in that?

During the early clone wars, during the dark reaper crisis Anakin meets ulic qel-droma's gatekeeper but what if during the imperial era, ulic qel-droma meets vader and upon realising vader is anakin tells him he's disappointed in how anakin turned out after not heeding droma's warning of the dark side then?

The more wild the AU often the better. I could see this happening in certain ways, perhaps not this way but still this is meant to be entertaining and it was.

Sorry to say this, but there is one thing overlooked here. Tenn Graneet, the main gunner on the Death Star, was so distraught at the destruction of Alderaan because he did it. You may have noticed in A New Hope that he kept saying "stand by, stand by", thereby giving Luke the time needed to blow it up. Here, he may have realized, with all their ships blown up, the rebel counterattack wouldn't come. Therefore he would be responsible for more deaths if he fired. I think he may well have refused to fire.

I mean it could have been possible just cause of how she got accused of doing something she didn’t do and left the order, as well as when Anakin turned to the dark side that could have been a breaking point for her.
