Ahsoka decided to leave the order because of their great betrayal of her after the Temple Bombing. What if she never left? Would she be able to help Anakin find peace or would he still descend into the darkness? Would the Jedi remain corrupt or would their downfall still come at the hands of Sidious and Order 66?

I'm only at 7:03 but I can already see a big potential divergence in the future, with Ahsoka reaching knighthood, one that you, so far, haven't mentioned. Anakin's being put on the Council but not made a master peeved him in Revenge of the Sith, in part because he wanted to get to the archives in hope of finding something to save Padme. However, technically, since Ahsoka became a knight, Anakin should have been made a master right here and thus allowed into the restricted section. That means that Palpatine might have a harder time getting Anakin to join him by planting images of Padme dying in his head. However, as Anakin still trusts Palpatine at this point, he may well have told Palpatine that he was promoted to master. Now, since he was a Sith, he may not still have known about the restricted section, so maybe Palpatine still couldn't have formed a Plan B earlier.

I am liking this video as it's all Ahsoka's perspective, whereas, the other fanfictions on Ahsoka staying in the order that I've seen have pretty much just focuses on Anakin and how he changed with Ahsoka staying in the order. I will note that, while Ahsoka too has been canonically known to have Force visions (even sometimes strangely at will, as she was of Ziro or whatever his name was)), her random vision of Anakin becoming Vader seems a bit forced rather than explainable. (In the past, you've explained that the Force rebelled against Sidious and gave Anakin, Ahsoka, or Padme visions to counter it, but that doesn't seem to have happened here.)
