This is super helpful. The only other situation would be when you paste a table from Excel to Word - the row height and spacing are impossible to change.

Thank you very much. I was struggling with the fourth case, I knew how to remove the space after the paragraph one row at a time, but it would have been very long to do it this way for all the rows, I needed a way to do it for all the table in one time.
