Hey mate ! What does the function of the kill switch knob bring to the sound ? I don't really know this function and what does it bring for the ears, please ? You talk about different sounds especially in studio... Could you explain that, please ?

The only thing I hate about the 256 is the fretboard, not a super big fan of the bright colored brown. Aside from that it's a decent guitar. Highly recommend one for a bigger or intermediate guitar.

I used to have an ESP LTD EC-1000 Deluxe deep ocean blue i unfortunately sold last year. Is this guitar good compared to an EC-1000?

Come on man, almost any half ass decent guitar will sound good through hi end effects and amps, interface etc. .
