After experiencing burnin on my LG OLED I bought the QM8 and am very pleased with it.

Saw a few youtubers talk about there will be 2 versions of this. This being the 1st version then the second half of the year releasing another version that will be brighter. Do you know anything about this? If so, why would they do that? Customers buy this one only to find out there is a better version in a just a few months?

Great to see the QM8 in action! I am considering using this TV as a computer monitor for my M2 MacMini with 240hz turned on. Did you try to hook up a computer with high refresh rate yet?

It looks like a lot of blooming to me but that's just me.

I can't stand that artifact local dimming produces within the borders of bright objects in motion on dark backgrounds. The U8H almost nailed this, but my unit had smearing so that was a miss. I just don't think LCDs are for me.

I hate led tvs I replaced my G2 with the qn900b and i don't like blooming at all.
The clean picture of oled is something else
