I have suffered from anemia due to my heavy periods. I'm 39 and started using the patch. It's done WONDERS on my body. I don't know how I could miss out this great quality of life on the patch ALL THESE YEARS. For starters, my periods are shorter and lighter 🥳 I'm pretty sure my anemia is getting better, I have more energy, and I don't get as hungry or / get cravings in the evenings . 🙌🏻

I’ve been on the patch for 1 week now. Just put on my second one. I know it hasn’t been long enough, but I have no side effects whatsoever and feel great! My horrible acne has cleared up completely! I tried the pill a few months ago and had severe migraines after one week, so I’m very glad that things have been great so far with the patch!

Great video I don't know what people could have done with out family planning, family planning has helped alot of family to control the way they give birth and that has helped the economy of the society.

I would recommend the patch personally. I’ve been using the patch for 5 years straight now and it has done an amazing job! There has been time when I forget to change the patch for a day or two and I did not get pregnant—do not do! But overall, it’s a great birth control method to try despite some itchiness sometimes from where to patch is located.

Coming from someone who suffers from cramps severely as a teen & is now about to be 21 next month & has never been sexually active I am ready to try something new & it'll be my first time so I'd rather do my research & be safe than sorry this video was very helpful💗

Switched to the patch from having the arm implant (Nexplanon). I REALLY wanted to love the implant but my experience with it.. the cons outweighed the pros. Starting the patch I IMMEDIATELY stopped spotting (something I had dealt with on the daily with nexplanon), I lost even more weight (I was 135LBS starting nexplanon, after 2 years of being on it i weighed 125LBS when I got it removed, now I’m 120LBS being on the patch), also I knew my libio was low while on Nexplanon but I never realized it was THATTT low. I feel like a whole new person lol.... also my breast size grew a whole cup starting the patch. Haven’t dealt with any of the common side effects I read about like nausea, headaches and cramps. Aside from tender breasts, I’d say give it a go. Everyone is different, could be right for you :)

The patch was the best decision I ever made because I don’t have to worry about taking a pill everyday

Hello I was wondering if when the patch is lifting just slightly around the edges if it’s still functioning well enough? Or if that means I should change it to a new one as soon as I notice?

Wow. This was SO helpful before I go get my IUD out (hopefully in place of the patch now). Thank you!

thank you so much for this video! I just switched today from the depoprovera shot to the patch. I've seen so many great reviews on it so I'm hoping for a good experience as well (:

Im 19 years old and I haven’t been on birth control for about 2 years now because I had a really bad experience with the birth control pills but I’m about to start the patch this Friday and the video & reading some of the comments are really helpful and since I’m about to go back to birth control I’m sure my period will be a bit weird and not used to it but my question is, if let’s say I’m on the 3rd week and I start my period do I keep the patch on still or do I take off right away? Or if on the 4th week I don’t get my period and I start on the 1st week on the new set of patches what do I do? Do I just keep going with my rotation or do I change it up?

After having one shot of depo from February. I decided to get on the bc patch to regulate my cycles. On Sunday 03/31 will be my 4 week which
Means no patch so hopefully my cycle will start it'll be the first time. So far no cycle yet. Hopefully it'll start this week.

This should be in the shape of a heart so it's cuter and made available at the pharmacy without a prescription. Colorado was allowing BC to be sold in pharmacies and it worked well until funding for the experimental program ran out.

Hi! Thank you so much for sharing. I recently got my IUD taken out because I believe it was contributing to my mood swings, anxiety, and depression. My doctor suggested the patch. Do you know if this would be a good option for what I listed above? Thank you!
