On March 31st world leaders will convene at the 4th Nuclear Security Summit in Washington to discuss issues around the evolving threat of global nuclear terrorism. But for the general public in China, there seems to be a general lack of understanding and even an unfounded fear whenever the word “nuclear” is mentioned. So here we take a look at some of the basic facts about the issue before the Summit takes place.
