What's your advice for exercise during the pregnancy? How much exercise is too much? Some people are worried about stressing out the body/baby while others encourage exercise to combat the hormonal fatigue. We live a very active lifestyle and want to continue doing long hikes and other adventures during the pregnancy. I am enjoying your content!

Just found out last night. Took both tests and both are positive. Ive even seen my wife do things that raised my hopes. The dumb OB doctor basically told us in a bad way invetro was the only way but we had to do all this other stuff first. All we did, we prayed to God as a Christian couple. The first month we missed an appointment on purpose when her peroid was to be checked due to timing. The next month (THIS MONTH) it never came. I saw signs everywhere so after the tests....im overwhelmed but happy. I know God will not fail us but he gave us a baby and scared or not I wanna do what I can for my wife.

words from my high school agriculture teacher: "guys when you get a girl pregnant and she wants anything it doesn't matter what time it is you go get it. Female animals do this weird thing when they're pregnant when their bodies tell them what they need through cravings for development of the baby, your girls body will do that as well, get it for her or your blood will be your nutrients"

My big advice as an experienced father.. become conscientious of that child in the womb and get some basic education on child bearing and pay even more attention to that doctors words than the women carrying the child.. there may come a time where you will have to stand up and get that women to see another doctor cuz their missing something.. i had lost one child and wasnt about to lose a second which was the best decision in my life cuz had i not done that i would have lost the second one as well..
