The one YouTuber who talks about the dangers of the dock a tot, benefits of introducing peanuts at a young age, and reads scientific articles to support claims...and is a great dad?? You are killing it! How do you not have more subscribers

For testosterone: You need patience for a baby. You want a safe environment and are more tolerant of annoying people, to keep the 'scene' safe. With our newborn, I dont have as much energy/time to workout as I did before. Also, things are more 'cute' than before the baby lol

Testosterone definitely went down after baby was born. I also felt less ambitious, which actually boosted my overall happiness :).

Trainer here . Keep your T levels up by doing push ups (50 reps) crunches or sit ups (50 reps) and body weight squats (50 reps) twice a day. Once in the AM and PM. Walk with your baby outside if it is not too hot. You can also pace back and forward in your home if you have the space to do so.

I understand that this is for dads but I really enjoy this channel more than mommy channels . It’s so educational and doesn’t seem judgmental.

Just found out my wife is pregnant today, and your channel has been so easy to watch and learn from. Keep it up!

Keep up the dad content, more young men need people like you in their lives to light the way for single dads. Kudos. ❤

Love the video. Definitely didn't expect the PP hair loss -- but what's even crazier is I didn't lose hair pretty much for my entire pregnancy until about 3 months post partum. Then all the hair shed! It was crazy! The human body is REMARKABLE.

We just had our first baby 18 months ago, and all your points are SPOT ON and all the things we ultimately learned, but would've loved a video like this

Great video man. It’s really really nice to finally find a dude making aesthetically pleasing and accurate videos for dads. Disappointed it took me this long to find you! I feel like there is so much out there for moms and dads don’t always get included. So thanks for making this video and channel. I’m headed off to watch more while this baby sleeps on me, haha!
Also, that hoodie is sick. Do you have a link?

I can second the dangers of baby walkers. When I was a baby all those 30+ years ago my dad said I nearly died when I fell out of a baby walker and landed next to the fireplace. As a baby I was attracted by the light of the flames so I crawled into the flames. A few weeks in hospital and I made a full recovery but definitely not safe.

I love that you talk about the drop in testosterone. This change in hormones can actually lead to postpartum depression in men as well. Yes you heard that right, the partner who didn’t give birth can also develop PPD.

I LOVE your disclaimer about consulting the pediatrician and not listening to “a random YouTuber” lol

I love watching your videos with my Husband. We're expecting our first little one in 3 months. He won't watch the women on YouTube but will sit through hours of your videos so keep them coming lol.

We have four children and youngest is 11 years old. We became a foster family last year and had a two months old baby. I found myself doing research for everything because I feel like a new mom in this times. Everything is different with new studies and gadgets. Your videos help a lot. Gracias

3 videos in a week!?!? Love this.

Also, I freaked out about the soft spots too. Pediatrician said it’s normal and it was a HUGE relief. I thought I dented my baby.
