also if you can't find them at a local store or if you don't have a local international store you can make them at home with regular yolks they have a slightly different case but you still get the same cheese effect from chicken eggs. the process involves letting them cure overnight in the fridge completely encased in salt, the yolks only. and then rinsing off the excess salt and drying them in the oven. I would suggest looking up a recipe if you've never done it some recipes have you add sugar or spices. if it's your first time making it I would look for a basic one that just uses egg yolks and salt that way you can kind of get a feel for the process. but they are delicious and this is a perfect use for them. also I adore this creator. even though there are so many creators that make similar things her recipes always feel fresh and unique

I've had duck yolks in restaurants before but I never personally made a meal with them. I will be on the lookout in my local market for them 👍🏻 as always Thank you for the video.

I love green beans, but I prefer to trim tips of the beans, because it's sharp and will tangled on your teeth😅
