Ingredients: 1 pound of green beans, 5 cloves of garlic, 3 tbsps of vegetable oil, a pinch of salt and mushroom bullion powder.
Instructions: coat green beans in 1 tbsp of oil and air fry at 375F for 7 minutes. In a pan heat 2 tbsps of oil on low and add minced garlic. Cook and stir until garlic turns light brown, pour out excess oil and toss in green beans. Season with salt and mushroom bullion. You can substitute for MSG or Chicken bullion

I made crispy garlic the other day I didn't chop the garlic I sliced them and put them on top of my steak that I cooked in the oven, I also added onions and portabellas and a dab of butter at the end of the cooking time. Yum Yum!! 😋😋😋

Nice... I par boil mine in chicken stock and then pan fry them with a tablespoon of butter and some of the chicken stock and a dashn of aromat. As the water evaporates, the butter coats the beans and turns brown, giving that delicious nutty brown butter flavor and the aromat just enhances it like msg.

I’m Sicilian and my grandpa taught me how to make what we called fried green beans. But I do it a little different than he did. I get frozen thin string beans cause they r whole and long. I let them defrost in the bag on the counter in a bowl and that softens them. I take them out of the bag and pat off any moisture caused I don’t wanna be attacked by oil. I use olive oil n garlic. I use minced garlic cause I add a little of the oil it sits in for flavor. A add white pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, a lil parsley n basil. I then toss the green beans in cook them up and serve.

How do you buy the green beans? fresh, frozen or what? and is there a prefered type of green beans?
Are frozen veggies usually blanched before freezing?

Thanks for the airfryer tip. The mushroom bouillon powder brand that you're using has msg in it, but you're right. There's nothing wrong with msg.

Except some people get migraines from msg. It's good to know that you can sub mushroom bouillon!

We eat MSG all the time when we eat fresh tomatoes and peppers. It is the manufactured MSG in high concentration that is a problem. I make similar beans with mushrooms added.
Please tell me that you save the divine garlic oil!

For me: msg causes migraines. So does artificial sweeteners. So I avoid those too! 😊❤
