How To Make Chewy, Fudgy Brownies | THE GEEKY BAKER

In this video I show you how to make chewy, fudgy brownies. These brownies are the perfect combination of a fudgy centre and crispy top, with the added benefit of being chewy too - yum!

Ingredients:
180g butter
150g dark chocolate
3 large eggs
150g caster sugar
100g light brown soft sugar
70g plain flour
50g cocoa powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Salt
