Ingredients
for 9 servings

8 oz good-quality chocolate(225 g), semi-sweet
12 tablespoons butter, melted
1 ¼ cups sugar(250 g)
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
¾ cup all-purpose flour(95 g)
¼ cup cocoa powder(30 g)
1 teaspoon salt❤

I've been using chef John's brownie recipe for almost 15 years now, it's my girlfriend's favorite recipe for brownies. I'll try these next time to see how it stacks up to the legend :)!

If you don’t have chocolate then here is a ( Hershey coca powder ) Recipe!

Melt the hershey coca powder
Save it in a bowl/cup for later
Make the melted butter mentioned in the video!
Then sugar ( as the video )
Mix it for 2 minutes
Then add 2 eggs ( same as the video )
*no vanilla extract*
Mix it until thick and smooth
Then add the melted Hershey coca powder
Mix it for 2 minutes ( again )
1 cup off flower
1/2 of baking powder
1/2 of Hershey coca powder ( not melted )
1/2 of salt
Mix it till thick and can mix well
Put it in the baking dish!
Then put it in the oven for 25 minutes!
At the end you can add whatever touch ups you want!

It’ll turn out soft and chewy! Thank me later.

I‘m curious: What if I take the exact same ingredients and amounts but change the order when I‘m combining them:
So whip up the sugar and 2 eggs, melt the butter and the chocolate and add them to the sugar and eggs mix.
Would that make a difference?
