The bungie today is not bungie a lot have left and their commitment to the community is noticeably well diminished so i wouldn't be sad at all or have mixed feeling's 343 in many ways has been really giving good feedback to us and are trying to do better im an old halo fan since CE i loved the old bungie but i wouldn't want bungie back today there not the same

I think I read Microsoft offered to buy bungie back but they asked for $2 billion and MS thought it wasn’t worth it. At least it’s confirmed that they’ll stay multi platform though. But that was a big shocker.

Smart move from Sony because without CoD and Overwatch they don't really have FPS or multiplayer games, just hope that Bungie will be treated well but it's weird because they wanted independance and I think that is a proof that they changed, there is almost no senior dev in it.

The problem is these new AAA games require enormous amounts of capital to make. You either partner with a larger, publicly traded company or you find a way to maximize your revenue streams, or both.

They are multi platform. Bungie owns everything Destiny and publishing rights… Sony just backs them. Nothing has changed… it’s like having the backing of Microsoft without the development grind or by activision without all the creativity cannibalism. It’s quite exciting.
