You can't appreciate the sheer enormity of the pyramids until you have seen them in real life, on approach to Giza, visibility was limited you see the shape of them before gaining clarity. What I can say is they are amazing and to actually go inside one although claustrophobic was something I'm glad I gave done.

I find it hard to believe that scholars have not read The Green Tablets of Thoth. In there Thoth tells of his "Ship" is buried under the Sphinx with a tunnel leading from the Great Pyramid to a hidden subterranean doorway. I think when Hawas has finally gone we will in fact find it.
