The thing is, Ancient Egypt was such a vast period of time, that the people the Ancient Egyptians were referring too, were probably just even earlier Ancient Egyptians

Khemit isn't the previous ancient Egypt, it refers to ancient Egypt, or the "Black Land" near the Nile. It's like calling Germany, Deutschland, and believing they all have a secret regarding the whereabouts of Prussia.

Conveniently omitting that the reason they thought they were tombs is because they found funerary objects in them

They didn’t believe in a race called Kemet. Egyptian has no written vowels so the word for the land by the Nile river was written in hieroglyphics as “KMT” or “KM.T” in modern direct translation (you can look up the hieroglyphs). This would have been pronounced Kemet.

The opposite of Kemet was Dhesret which describes the desert outside the Nile valley. Kemet translates to “black land/earth” where the soils from Nile flooding was black. Dheshret means “red land/earth” where the soil was full of clay, iron, silica, and could not grow anything significant.

Some people who did not go back to the original writing see the translation “black land” and “red land” and assume it might be a “land of black people” and a “land of red people”. But considering that use of “land” is only used in other places as in the context of describing soil/crops it really fails to hold up. The closet language that co-existed was Coptic. And the Coptic translation was “place along the riverbank”.

The guy doesn't understand what he's speaking on but talks with confidence. Saying "the people in Egypt believed in Khemit, people before the Egyptians" Khemit refers to the dark soil land along the nile which is extremely vertile and as a result was settled first, Khemit does not refer to a people or previous civilisation. This is the only mention of Khemit(Khemet/Kmt) on record anything else is a guess. This theory that Khemit means more than just the land comes from an Egytian tour guide Hakim and his friend Stephen Mehler from the US - Hakim came up with the theory of Khemetians which in summary is a group of tribes that lived in peace and travelled, settling all over the world and are present day Russian, Europeans, and Hebrews. He claims they were capable of teleportation, magic, could warp to other dimensions etc. Hakim who is a self appointed spiritual healer of course doesn't have any evidence and doesn't even attempt to point at any but says because he's Egyptian his "inner guidance" told him this was the history of his country. This theory wasn't heard of until Stephen Mehler met Hakim - Mehler is a known conspiracy theorist/alternative history guy that goes way broader than just Egypt he's written books about crystal skulls and other myths from South America. Essentially people that are interested in Egyptology all see Hakim as an old man who was a bit crazy that was being exploited by Mehler who was trying to push a globe spanning civilisation in books he had written before hand, he's like Hancock but not afraid to look completely insane talking about magic, teleportation etc. The guy talking seems to have no idea of any context just repeating what he's heard to hundreds of thousands listening most of whom don't know better as someone who watched Joe religiously as I'm a big MMA fan before I studied Egyptology it's disappointing to see Joe spread conspiracy theories presented as the truth.

“There was never a mummy found in any Egyptian pyramid” - Djoser, Khafre, and Menkaure were placed in a subterranean burial chamber underneath a pyramid. Khufu's mummy, however, was placed inside the Great Pyramid, in the King's Chamber, and not underground. So yeah, ya make shit up, ya get found out.
